Roles & Responsibility

1. Operational Performance Management

  • Ensure 100 % adherence to Scope of work & KPIs as per the agreement with the customer.
  • Compliance to all safety requirements at site.
  • Over seeing Warehouse Operations like Receiving, Storage, Picking, Packing & Dispatch Operations in Shift.
  • Will act as SPOC in shift for all End to End Operations

2. People Management

  • Establishing effective communication internally.
  • Resolving conflicts and support team in problem solving.
  • Identifying training needs & developing a plan/calendar.

3. Process and Quality Management

  • Adhere and Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

Key Deliverables of the Role

  • Master Service Agreement KPI adherence at site: 100%
  • Customer-Claims: 0% claims
  • Inventory Accuracy as per Customer Norms: 100%
  • Customer Satisfaction above 80%

Job Requirements

  • Diploma Engg. With 5 to 6 years of Experience in Supply chain, AMWH Warehouse operations.
  • Hands on Experience on Inventory Management, Customer claims Management. Cycle count Process.
  • Computer/IT knowledge Enterprise application knowledge /SAP, Microsoft tools excel, word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experienced as Shift in charge or similar role.
  • Should have sound knowledge of Aftermarket warehousing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exposure to People Management.


  • 4-6 years of experience in operation roles at a Warehouse/ Logistics Hub as Operations Executive.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Should have worked in large teams in operation.
