Roles & Responsibility
1. Operational Performance Management
- Ensure 100 % adherence to Scope of work & KPIs as per the agreement with the customer.
- Compliance to all safety requirements at site.
- Over seeing Warehouse Operations like Receiving, Storage, Picking, Packing & Dispatch Operations in Shift.
- Will act as SPOC in shift for all End to End Operations
2. People Management
- Establishing effective communication internally.
- Resolving conflicts and support team in problem solving.
- Identifying training needs & developing a plan/calendar.
3. Process and Quality Management
- Adhere and Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.
Key Deliverables of the Role
- Master Service Agreement KPI adherence at site: 100%
- Customer-Claims: 0% claims
- Inventory Accuracy as per Customer Norms: 100%
- Customer Satisfaction above 80%
